• Prawn cocktail - using king prawns that are oven roasted in a spicy rub and served on a bed of shredded lettuce and Marie Rose sauce

• Pea and mint soup with a white or wholemeal bread roll with butter

Mains

• Traditional roasted Sirloin of Beef with Yorkshire pudding

  or

• Chicken breast parcel - stuffed with sausagemeat and wrapped in bacon

  or

• oven roasted salmon fillet served with a chive hollandaise sauce

  or

• Luxury homemade nut roast (vegetarian option)

All main courses are served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables together with gravy where appropriate.

Desserts

• Lemon tart with fresh raspberry and a raspberry coulis

• Chocolate torte served in a shot glass with a biscuit crumble

  or

• Apple crumble with custard/cream
